I first picked up a camera at the age of seven, filming my early snowboard tricks in the park with my father. What began with his excitement for capturing the perfect shot quickly became my own passion for moving images.

Since then, the camera has always been by my side—from documenting school trips to creating music videos for local artists. After high school, I spent a year working with children and young people, where film became a shared language and a tool for connection.

While studying film, I worked as a cinematographer and director in advertising and refined my visual style through independent projects. My graduation film “Ob du das gleiche für mich fühlst” marked my first step into documentary directing—a space that has since become central to my work.

Today, I focus on telling stories that listen, that observe, and find strength in subtlety.
